Tommy Andreasen stated, "If I could erase them from existence I would as they are misleading [and] erode the integrity of Ninjago in my opinion.". When asked if The Tall Tale of Flintlocke, the only mini-movie without any timeline and character errors, could be canon, Tommy Andreasen stated that he hadn't watched it.
