"I think the entire essence of why I composed this story in the first place was entirely lost in the way the tale has been manipulated by Mr. Migliore. He didn't get why I wrote it, because, he didn't know Kate, nor live through her suicide/murder as I and the 25 6-13 year old children who witnessed it did. And so he's taken it to some commentary about men and women, but that really wasn't the point, behind my creation of this.
