"'Don't Feed The Gulls!' sounds fun doesn't it? Unfortunately. It's so slow, overlong and badly acted that I just wanted to rip my eyes and ears out. Just because you've got $650 (the estimated budget for this, according to IMDB) and a group of friends willing to make a shot on phone film, doesn't mean you should actually make it. A 30 minute short would have probably been acceptable, but stretching everything out to ridiculous lengths just makes it literally unwatchable.
