"There are several stories in Good Goodbye, about cancer patients and their caregivers. The one that got me choking the most involved Yang Shi Bin (who was just as touching in Wet Season) as a sacrificial grandfather looking after an ex-drug addict. Julie Tan, with her wonderfully sweet smile, is also able to effectively be tearful during emotional scenes. Tosh Zhang, Shane Pow and Andie Chen add some star power to the cast. This may not be a sophisticated movie, but the effort by writer-director Daniel Yam is a sincere one that delivers enough chuckles and sniffles to make watching this worth ..."
