The script was written by Kevin Králl 4 years before filming. He had not originally planned to direct the story, so producer Petra Vasas encouraged him to make the film. It was made on a very low budget, with community funding. The shooting took 3 days. Actor Karol Tóth drove the car live during the 12-hour shooting day(180 km), and Zoltán Rajkai and Karol Tóth recited their 17 pages of dialogue in long shots, during the longest scene of the film.
