"Judge Judy, judged the case correctly. The detectives made it clear to the defendant at both times "why" they were speaking to him. They brought him in for questing about the forgery and stolen car, but they also had the right to ask him about his missing friend. The 1st detective never accused him of anything. Now, true, the 2nd time with the other detective present they did ask him about the murder, but as was given in testimony the defendant was marandized. I would not agree to illegal provocation by the police nor when a person is question for 10 or 11 hours, but this questionin..."
