"Pretty good show overall but I don't understand where they are going with the Iris character. They have been (for some reason) trying to shoe horn in a story for her for some unknown reason. It made some sense in season one and half of season two, but so far in season three, there doesn't seem to be a story thread for this character. Also, I wish they would have a retrospective episode.
