The body of Katja Schwarz is found on the banks of the Rhine. To the surprise of Arda and Chief Kruppka, Heinrich this time asks for the help of the police, while Jäger is conveniently on vacation. A message on the dead woman's cell phone leads Arda and Heinrich to the lifeguard Özgür Yilmaz, with whom the young woman had spent her last night. While searching his apartment, the investigators actually come across the crime scene, and at first the case seems clear.
