"The Simple Life was a guilty pleasure back in the day. This was not pleasurable at all. It wasn't all terrible as there were a few okay scenes and revisiting people they met during The Simple Life, but the vast majority was a painful slog. There is a plot...of sorts, as Paris and Nicole attempt, in the laziest way possible, to compose an Opera of "their story". Sarcasm alert: They worked really hard on their story too....the script contained one word over and over and over again. The somewhat catchy made up jingle word they shared back in the day was repeated ad nauseum, like..."
