"This one started off pretty good with realistic plots and actor portrayals. But the last 5 episodes quickly fell off the cliff with quick 180 reversals of actor portrayals, disconnected story focuses, and just flat out unrealistic shifts in character and plot development . The best doctor on top team unrealistically develops a romantic relationship with a really immature, dingbat intern that defies any reality check. Too much really poor acting and role reversals were insulting to viewers' intelligence and the last few episodes were done with a piecemeal patchwork of substories that made ..."
