The series premiered in September 14, 1980, hosted by Harry Granberg and Christine Saarukka. The 100th episode was aired in November 4, 1984, hosted by Saarukka (who hosted the series throughout its run) and Benny Törnroos (who hosted the series from 1983 to 1988), with Granberg as a special guest. A tenth-anniversary episode was aired in September 9, 1990, also featuring some of the previous hosts, e.g. Monica Vikström-Jokela and Leif Jakobsson (who both hosted the series between 1983 and 1986). After 12 years and over 350 episodes, the series ended in October 5, 1992. An improvised violin piece "Hejdå Söndagsöppet" by John Storgårds closed the show.
