"Norwegian film had absolutely gotten better, and this is a good example of it. Neste sommer (next summer) is a light, feel good sit-com about an extended family going back to their cabins, on the same vacation spot every summer. This is very typical Norwegian so a lot of us can relate. Of course it's a lot of embarrassing situations all the time, mostly because Evas husband Per Ivar, while good hearted, is very clumsy and a bit proud, so he seldom asks for help even though he's not a very handy man.
