Just a quick review here as &quot;My First Gran Turismo&quot; is essentially a demo, though one that is released as a small stand-alone game.

Undertake a number of time trials in an attempt to earn increasingly difficult driving licenses and unlock new cars. Playing the game successfully requires the ability to identify and follow racing lines and correctly use and release the break to get in and out of corners.

.. and that&apos;s where the games loses me. Every few years I say to myself that it&apos;s time I learned how to play serious racing games properly. I dutifully do a couple of the tutorials and get so far - but then the same question hits me every time, why? Why am I doing this when I can play Mario Kart, or Burnout or have fun and not slowly crash into this wall again and again. The problem I accept is me. It&apos;s right in the title that Gran Turismo is not a driving game, it&apos;s a driving simulator. I can&apos;t drive in real life either, so I don&apos;t really know just how accurately the are simulating the experience, but there reasonably famed for it, so I assume pretty well.

I played this for around half an hour before the inevitable happened. It looks amazing though and the audio was fine. See you again in another few years.
