On the way to the Röder law firm in Berchtesgaden, Munich-based entrepreneur Paola Wagner crashes her convertible on a mountain pass. She was attacked by a drone. When Sophia and Jerry visit the lawyer, Wagner's business partner, Sven Mielow, is waiting there. He admits to having been in a relationship with Paola in the past and was surprised by her desire to leave their joint venture. Young Vevi Wagner and her friend Lukas are not particularly sad about their aunt's death when the detectives visit them on the mountain farm. The deceased woman refused to give up her share of the family farm, insisting on getting rid of the cows and installing solar panels on the alpine meadows. Vevi Wagner also owns a drone and enough experience to pilot it. The Beissl moves his office back to the sunny café and initially hears some surprising news from Mrs. Maienhofer. She tells him the name of the man with whom the dead woman last shared her apartment: mediator Magnus Hirschel, who dutifully accepts Beissl's invitation to the café. Ava upsets her mother Moni when she runs off on her bike, taking her secret with her. Nevertheless, Beissl will later say that he is proud of Ava.
