"The super weak plot is not the only thing you experience in this movie. Acting level especially from the protagonist is not at the expected level at all. Even most of the jump scares are very expected as if you are stuck in a loop of repeated weak horror scenes . Both the trailer and the poster are misleading to the fans noting that the child who is dominating the poster and the trailer hardly ever appears in the movie but in one or two scenes.
