The paper airplane sequence of this Levi's commercial in Downtown Los Angeles required a team of four specialists, all at the side of the camera, folding airplanes out of thick, weighted construction paper, continuously handing them to artist Ithaka Darin Pappas after every failed take (for him to then retry the launch off the side of the building). As it was quite windy that day, it was difficult to keep the planes in frame. But finally, after more than 100 takes (and airplanes), David Fincher was happy with the trajectory.

In the background, the Interstate Bank building can be seen under construction, as well as the Bonaventure Hotel.
