"Triplemania XXXIII, released live in August 2025, was the first joint WWE and AAA PLE under new WWE ownership. This is AAA's flagship event - essentially their WrestleMania - but the way Triple H handled it made it feel more like a side joke at times. The first match, the Copa Bardahl Gauntlet, was supposed to be a fun 14-person "golf-style" match with talent from both AAA and WWE. It was enjoyable, but having Omos as the winner felt completely wrong unless he is staying down in AAA. If not, it was a waste of a win.
