Emily is a young woman eager to find her independence, and when she discovers an affordable room for rent, it seems like the perfect solution. The landlord, Mr. Greene, appears generous, attentive, and even fatherly at first. His home feels safe, welcoming, and stable-exactly what Emily was searching for.
