However, as with most documentaries now the whole thing is padded out with dramatisation scenes of the ship in the dark, the Captain standing around, wireless radios glowing, boiler rooms etc. Repeated over and over again. The witness statements and expert opinions could have been presented in half the time without any loss of atmosphere or understanding...."
