The film was shot at many of the original locations of The Quiet Man film, Cong-Pat Cohan's bar, Rev. Playfair's house, Maam bridge, the original Quiet man cottage (now in ruins) Ballyglunin railway station. There's also the stained glass church window from the original film, which was taken out of the old church before it was razed to the ground and placed in a new church in Cong.
