"This is the cheapest documentary I think I have ever seen. The other thing is that the dudes in the band are a mess. One guy is missing his teeth. Didn't they make any money? And then another guy is missing teeth. This seems to be the way of Parliament. I guess George Clinton -- who is no where to be seen in this doc except for some photographs -- is the only one who saved his pennies. Oh, and Bootsie who is also not in this film. The guy's in this thing who are interviewed are angry dudes and dudettes. Seems like all their dough went to drugs. The women interviewed all look lik..."
