The episode has Scooby and the gang go to the Lutz Manor because Scooby is getting an inheritance from William Lutz, because the Great Dane saved his life in the past. However, the gang has to spend the night in his mansion, which is being haunted by a phantom. So, basically, this is a reimagining of A Night Of Fright Is No Delight, an episode from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You, only for this series, they made the episode horrible.
