"My wife and I just discovered this show and love it. Certainly worth checking out. Well written, acted and produced and always a heart-warming story. But as Canadians, we couldn't help noticing that Season 3 Episode 1 has got it all wrong. The show is ostensibly set in Hope Valley, a small town in northern Alberta. The story is about getting ready for New Year's celebrations, but the grass is green, the trees are in full bloom. Where's the snow and cold temperatures? We've lived in northern Alberta and this isn't winter in that part of the country!..."
