Interesting to see: In this episode (2.40), Larry calls it a &quot;carriage of justice&quot; when the pharma a55h0le Shkreli is perp-walked for a securities fraud case.

It&apos;s NOT a &quot;carriage of justice&quot;. The implication is that it balances the &quot;miscarriage&quot; of his pharma price gouging. This securities fraud charge does no such thing.

And the difference is 1) noteworthy, and 2) one I&apos;d&apos;ve thought _for sure_ would have been picked up on by Larry&apos;s writers. Here&apos;s that difference: Shkreli would never get slapped for price-gouging a life-saving drug because that action doesn&apos;t negatively impact RICH PEOPLE; rich folks&apos;ll cough up the dough and poor (heck! middle class!) folks can just convulse and die in a ditch. And the point is that the system doesn&apos;t care about those poor folks any more than Shkreli does.

The powers-that-be went after Shkreli for the unrelated charge of securities fraud because he was in the process of negatively impacting RICH PEOPLE. THAT makes the SEC sit up and take notice.

I do wish Larry had shed light on this.
