"This documentary traces the career of Foncie Pulice, a street photographer who plied his trade in downtown Vancouver for over 40 years. Foncie would take random pictures of everyday people as they unknowingly strolled in front of his camera, giving them a ticket from his photography shop as they did so, if they wished to buy a copy of the photo.
