The film is a sort of sequel of a 2011 work of Alessandro Sala, but it's also a kind of remake and also a reboot. In fact, the first part of the film is similar to the first part of the original "Wink Girl", but the superhero is not the same, she's another "incarnation". In the story, the original Wink Girl is a fictional character who the new protagonist is obsessed with. Both the short films are available on YouTube.
