"A delightful flick for children and families. It's full of magic, about a school with witches, although not quite original it does seem to be very popular and this one is quite fun. A girl has been given a crystal ball, which was then broken by a school bully, and for the magic to be fixed the ball has to be restored. Very sweet in places, also cheesy in others, with some nice costumes. The pet rat is cute and can talk. The magic talking pumpkin is a pleasant touch although there's nothing dark, spooky or scary.
