"Here's a short film from the FBI laying out the general rules for law enforcement making an arrest. Like all such movies, if you look closely, you can see some interesting faces. That's Ned Beatty as the bad guy in the t-shirt in the last arrest, and the narrator of the film is Alan Oppenheimer, who's still alive and working in voice-over work at the age of 94 as I write this review. You can also spot Anthony Zerbe, who was a well-known performer in the 1970s. I find the choices of music interesting. The law enforcement guys get jazzy bits swiped from Henry Mancini's theme..."
