"To have a Canadian skateboarder try to grasp the feel of and present American short track racing (more then than now) is a tough assignment. I "got it" because (with my long-time experience in racing) I "get it" but a "non-racer" viewer might not. It's true that weekly short track racing (and big league racing too) is on the decline but that is a lengthy and complex subject . . . not for discussion here. I appreciate the basic theme of the Abandoned series but, IMHO, it is a little too "skateboard mentality" oriented. But, I guess . . . that&apo..."
