"With its premiere being somewhat disappointing, "Tribute" managed to forward the story a bit, but it still felt like it lacked any substance to fit into a bigger picture. Villains have not yet been properly introduced and the fallout that last years villain caused never was touched upon. The return of old faces and the return of fresh, awesome fight scenes elevated "Tribute" above "Fallout", but not by much...."
