"The first episode was pretty good. The show just got worse and worse each episode after the first. The writing, specifically the plot did not make a lot of sense and was not very interesting. There were a lot of plot holes. The writing for Jon Simm's character was especially terrible, the writing made his character look utterly ridiculous. There was a clear political tone to the show. It felt like they were trying to cast the working class character (John Simm) as crazy and unhinged.
