Ingredients 300g Chicken Gizzards Milk Salt and Pepper 1/2tsp Curry Powder 3~4Tbsp Flour mixture (I used seasoned flour mix for frying) Batter 1cup Flour mixture (I used seasoned flour mix for frying) 1cup cold water Recipe 1) Rinse the gizzards to clean and cut them 2) Put the gizzards in milk in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes. 3) Mix the gizzards, salt, pepper, curry powder and flour mixture 4) Dip the seasoned gizzards into the batter and fry.
