"The first film, "A Dog's Purpose," was so emotionally draining for dog lovers like me (but ultimately worth the rollercoaster ride) that I admit hesitating to see this sequel. My best friend leaned toward seeing it when we were looking for a movie to see this weekend, though, so I agreed. Now I'm so glad I did. While "Journey" is also a rollercoaster ride of life's ups and downs, the overall effect by film's end is exhilaration and joy--and hope.
