High up on Capri there is a hermitage with a breath-taking view of Vesuvius. Vittirio Staiano and Carmine Russo have to ring the bells at exactly 12 o'clock. But the way to the hermitage is not as easy as you would think - a chair lift and a steep path have to be succumbed first. But, by means of a reward, a good cup of coffee and heavenly peace await the two men in the chapel. The island's most famous asset is not on the island, but beneath it: La Grotta Azzura. When the sea is calm, Roberto rows tourists into the Blue Grotto in his tiny boat whilst singing in an absolutely phenomenal acoustic and expects a handsome tip in doing so. Competition is incredibly large, everyone wants a slice of the tourist cake. And all of the rowers are well aware of which nationalities are most liable to tip generously - and which ones aren't. Maria Cirillo trains her rescue dogs in Amalfi. She teaches Golden Retrievers to save people in the water threatening to drown. But before work starts, Maria enjoys a coffee at the bar and there's a round of Cornettos for the dogs.
