Set on vacant land a brother(Luke Wilson) and sister(Christine Woods) meet to talk about a new business venture. With some money left over from their late father they plan on building a hotel. Only when past memories and jealous feel arrives the episode twist as things change and get even more complex when a stranger arrives to the little party.
